Perfect location, walkable to many stores and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy!  Loved the fire-pits and s’more supplies! A hot tub would be perfect in that location. The only downfall was the fire extinguisher was chirping all night and sleep was very disturbed.( The ear plugs they were supplied helped a little) I would also suggest leaving 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Wow, what a great place!  Did the booking online with Ethan and he was so helpful.  The room was perfect for a quick road trip (not too fancy, not too stark) and the bedding was so wonderful we were tempted to take it home.  The downtown location is perfect for exploring the shops and restaurants on foot. We even ran into Ethan on the street the next morning and he made it a point to ask about our experience. This place was perfect for us! The room was so clean and everything was where it needed to be. The bathroom was really nice, and MOST importantly the bed was comfortable! You can tell they renovated these rooms, and they did a great job. We’ve been to places where the renos feel cheap and lazy. Not here! We spoke with a couple of staff members and they were all very nice. My only gripe would be the wifi wasn’t very good, but if I’m being honest… if you’re in beautiful Colorado surrounded by these mountains and fresh summer air, and you’re bothered by the wifi, shame on you. 10/10 would recommend and we will 100% be back to stay!

Good motel! Responsive staff. Rooms look a little bigger in the photos but it's roomy enough. Smaller bathroom may be hard for bigger people to use the toilet because the space is a tight fit. Comfy beds. Cool fire pit area. Near downtown strip of Leadville. Good Motel!

The beds were fantastic!! Although We did not eat from the snack bar, I thought it was a great idea. It was a nice cozy room. I loved it was pet friendly, I was able to bring my dog. Don't worry he behaved And did not destroy anything. We will definitely come back.

Stayed one night for our appointment at Melanzana. Great hotel with all of the basic amenities you need. Dog friendly which was great because we brought our 2 pups with us. Dog biscuits and dog blanket provided. Easy check in and check out. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pits outside but the area looked really cute! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend.
