Cozy, clean, right on the main drag in town. Perfect location to stop at to get a good night’s sleep before we summited Mt. Elbert. Owners were super cool and very responsive. We were in a non-renovated room which was absolutely fine - I am excited for the direction they are going with the renovations with the modern style. We loved contactless check in and the location walkable to town. We also loved the items in the room, with a focus on sustainable and local items, like the toiletries and coffee/tea, metal water cups, and local hiking guide. High Altitude Luxery Rodney was a great host. He upgraded us to the loft unit. The location was great. Pet friendly which is always appreciated. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend the Timberline when you're in Leadville

Room was ready on time and the security code check-in was smooth. The room design is minimalist however we were provided with everything needed and everything functioned as designed. The motel location is ideal and the entire town including dining and shopping options is within walking distance The fire pits were a nice surprise and the provision to make and enjoy S'mores was an added benefit. 5/5 all day on this little place! The hosts were fabulous communicating to us that our room had not been renovated yet, so we were expecting something mediocre - it was EXTREMELY CLEAN and a great little space! They thought of all of the necessities that you would need and made great use of the space. Excellent touches like providing high-end local soaps and shampoo, and we especially appreciated the bench out front to sit and enjoy our wine while taking in the mountain sunset. Highly recommend. We love Leadville. Family has been settled here for many years. We arrived and went directly to room with emailed code. Entered with no problem. Of course we did a quick walk thru. Overall, the room was very clean except the bedding. Blanket, sheets and pillows were piled up on the 1- chair provided. I walked to the office and spoke with Carnell and advised him of our findings. We went to our room where he immediately advised that was NOT supposed to be like that, which we had figured. He attempted to assign us another room but quickly found there was no available. He himself offered numerous apologies. We advised we had to meet with family and would return later. He again apologized and stated he would ensure to make the bed for us.
