The Timberline is a good example of an updated retro motel.  We had a big comfortable bed with high quality linens. The bathroom had been updated and was clean.  The owners were so responsive; we suffered a medical emergency and needed to leave a day earlier than planned. Leadville gem Recently stayed at the Timberline Motel in Leadville, a vintage motor court that has been updated. It had everything we needed and more. Breakfast in not included but there are a number of cafes a few blocks away. Linens and towels were nice and the innkeeper provides more than enough. Room was clean. The night hours were peaceful. There was a hot water kettle for tea and coffee and a small fridge. We were skeptical about the freeze dried coffee but pleasantly surprised and it was good enough to get us going. Nice bath products. Cute minimalist decor. We were able to park right in front of our door. Really fun place to stay. Great location; very easy to walk to anything downtown. also was able to bike the Mineral Belt Trail right from the hotel! The loft space is so cool and comfortable. Interesting artwork everywhere, great interior design. Beds were comfy. everything was super clean! This is a best-of-the-best Airbnb! Your trip to Leadville will be A+++++ if you stay here!
