The place to stay if you are visiting Leadville. What a gem right in downtown Leadville. The room was clean, comfortable and the owners could not have been nicer. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Timberline loft in the beautiful town of Leadville, and it was an excellent choice for my family. The loft was spacious and had plenty of amenities, making it very comfortable and enjoyable. The furnishings and decor were well appointed and added to the overall experience. The Timberline loft is also conveniently located close to Ski Cooper, which made it easy for us to enjoy all that the area has to offer. But beyond the physical aspects of the vacation rental, the hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had, and their hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Their kindness and generosity added an extra layer of comfort to our vacation and we are very grateful to have had such wonderful hosts. The town of Leadville itself is charming and full of history, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the small-town feel and the friendly locals who made us feel welcome. Overall, our stay at the Timberline loft was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and well-equipped vacation rental in Leadville. The wonderful hosts and the quick response to our needs were just an added bonus. We wanted to stay overnight to get an early start to hike Mount Elbert. This is very convenient for that sake. Bonus tha Easy to work with and easy access to our unit. Clean and perfect for a Leadville experience. Great fire pit and free S’mores which was end of the night.

Great location, dog friendly and the room was clean and decorated nicely. It felt very homey. And the check-in process was so easy. It’s in walking distance to all of Leadville which was great. The reviews do not lie, the bed was so comfy!!
