We had a fantastic stay at the loft. We took the kids on the Christmas train and they let us know the residence was ready early, so we could enjoy the space before and afterwards. Highly recommend.
Our family has been staying at the Timberline for many years, a couple of years ago Nell and Mick bought the Timberline and remodeled the entire motel. They are very accommodating and the rooms are all clean and nice. The motel is in an ideal location being walking distance to the main part of town and many good eating restaurants. Super easy to find and directions were very easy to follow. Right off of Harrison so it was noisy all night long. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the space but location for them to use the restroom wasn’t too close by. Would stay here again though!

Leadville is a cool very small town with everything you need from cool restaurants and bars, ski rentals, shops and amenities. Timberline was great, nothing fancy but it is so well located. You can get to any of the Summit county ski resorts inside 50 min. Copper is only about 30 min and Vail is inside an hour also. Ski Cooper is right by with really affordable lift tickets on a small mtn with old world atmosphere. We drove to Monarch to find a little more natural snow and the drive was 1 hour and 20 min but pretty and a nice affordable experience much less than the high profile resorts

Great location in the heart of downtown and across the street from The famous Silver Dollar Saloon!

Leadville is such a great town.
Authentic shopping, great history and good people.

We were in the motel rooms and they were updated, cozy and had charm.  Bathrooms a little small, but adequate.

Fire pit area is nice to relax after long day and low key, quiet.

Service is awesome, very responsive.
Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay on the main street
☺ Good location on the main street, large bed, really nice cafe beside it, heating came on fast!

☹ The room could have been better insulated. The room lost its warmth the second you turned off the heater, which wasn't ideal in the cold.
