We created the loft with adventure groups in mind. It offers two private entrances, a dedicated parking space in the back, a mudroom with ample storage space for gear, a full-sized washer and dryer, and plenty of room to relax after an exciting day. Of all the Airbnbs in Leadville, the Loft offers all the comforts of home with the service of a high-end hotel.

The loft comfortably sleeps 8. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a dedicated bath, to give you group trip vibes with just the right amount of me-space.

The Great Room is loaded with games, puzzles, stunning views, and couches so comfortable you may skip your adventuring altogether.

When traveling for adventure, you need a lot of gear. Luckily, the loft’s mudroom has plenty of cubbies, hooks, and even a rack for your skis and boards.

Leadville was the perfect location for our work retreat and the Timberline did not disappoint. We rented the loft and 2 single motel rooms. The loft served as our common area, complete with a full kitchen that rivals home. We cooked several meals and had plenty of space to lounge and work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every detail was thought of from USB ports to an electric kettle and coffee and tea. The bedding and towels are high quality. The showers are hot and have great pressure. The location is perfect. Our group of 6 had a great stay in the loft! It was spacious, comfortable and clean. And the decor and amenities made it feel just  like home. The motel owners are wonderful and very accommodating. We also had a chance to peek inside the motel rooms, and they all looked very comfortable and clean as well. Highly recommend for a group, family or couple’s trip. Leadville was a hidden gem with lots to explore, great dining, good shopping, and of course, a ton of fun outdoor activities.
