Terms of Service
Thanks for booking with The Timberline. By reserving a room or using our website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We keep things simple so you can focus on the fun stuff—like planning your time in the mountains.
Reservations & Cancellations
You can book a room directly through our website, by phone, or via a third-party partner. When you book directly with us, we take payment for your reservation up front—just like buying an airplane ticket, it’s one less thing to think about when your trip rolls around.
If your plans change, just let us know at least 72 hours before check-in and we’ll refund your payment in full. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Check-In & Check-Out
All of our rooms are self check-in—arrive whenever it works best for you. You’ll receive a door code by email before your stay, and that’s all you need to settle in.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and checking in, you agree to receive text messages from The Timberline regarding your reservation, check-in information, and guest experience. We don’t have phones in our rooms, so your own mobile device is the best way to reach us—just like hitting “0” for the front desk. If you need anything, you can call or text us anytime at (719) 212-9981, and our on-site team will get back to you quickly.
Guest Support & Office Hours
Our office is open daily from 9:30 to 10:30 AM and again from 3:30 to 6:30 PM. You’re welcome to stop by during those times if you need anything in person.
Even outside those hours, our team is on-site and always nearby. If you need help at any point during your stay, just call or text us at (719) 212-9981 and we’ll get back to you quickly.
Pet Policy
All of our rooms are pet friendly. We charge a $50 cleaning fee per stay, and we ask that pets be kept quiet, especially during quiet hours (see below).
We love having dogs at the motel, but if your pup is causing repeated disruptions, we may need to ask you to make other arrangements. Help us keep the vibe relaxed for all our guests—furry and otherwise.
Quiet Hours
We’re a smaller property with guests of all kinds—families, early risers, mountain adventurers. We ask everyone to respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking Policy
The Timberline is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or anywhere on the premises.

Every room includes:
- Smart TVs with DirecTV (log into your own streaming apps)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi

- In-room coffee and tea setup

- Locally inspired, cozy decor
- Pet-friendly access (with cleaning fee)
And outside, you’ll find free on-site parking and a communal fire pit area—perfect for stargazing or swapping stories after a day in the mountains.
