Some pretty happy campers

The owners have done a fantastic job with updates, our one room place had bunk beds for kids, queen for us, TV and lounge space, kitchen with induction cooktop, fridge , choice of coffees, utensils – everything. It is modern and tastefully updated. Extra portable fan- not the flimsy type but a good Vornado! It was a pleasure staying in this place.

The owners were quick to communicate and answer any questions. Location was really easy and convenient to all you’ll want to do in Leadville. Check in and out was simple. Really loved the simple, modern remodel of the rooms… everything was crisp and clean. The mountain view from our room was fantastic! We’d definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. From the stunning views of the mountains, to the gas fireplace and comfy chairs, to the fun arcade game that my 5 year old became obsessed with, to the fancy kitchen, to the crisp white sheets and comfortable bedding, this place was a splurge but worth every penny. Nell greeted us with s’mores and beers in the patio when we checked in (on a Saturday afternoon).

They’ve taken a European approach to managing the space in these rooms and the result is an extremely functional, very comfortable, modern stay. I’d also add that the bunks are extremely sturdy and built into the wall. The mattresses and linens were all wonderful. Baseboard heat kept the place toasty and nice. Loved it and we will be back. They’ve got a good thing going.
