Not a dog person?

We get it. Every room gets fresh linens every day, and there’s no carpet and no drapes for fur to hide in. If you have allergies, tell us when you book and our team will do an extra deep clean before you arrive.

Leadville is a trail town, and the trails start a few blocks from the motel. Dogs stay outside at restaurants like most places, so in summer the patios are the move.

That pink pig snout is the Snoggy Dogs Oinker: a treat puzzle, a chew toy, and a fetch ball rolled into one. Nell’s brother Tim invented it, our motel dog Chuck has personally vetted it, and we sell them in the Goods shop. Grab one while you’re here and take it out to the trail.
